In August of 2007, Alsman retired from Bristol-Myers Squibb in Princeton, New Jersey, as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Managed Care for the $8 billion U.S. In September, 2000, Alsman was made President of Mead Johnson U.S., also with responsibility for global Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Research & Development, Information Technology, and Legal. During more than 31 years with Mead Johnson and Bristol-Myers-Squibb, he was promoted through a number of positions of increasing responsibility in various domestic and international capacities including two years at Bristol's New York headquarters. He graduated from Ball State University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and joined the audit staff of Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers.)įollowing Price Waterhouse, Alsman joined the finance staff at Mead Johnson Nutritionals, then a $2 billion wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol-Myers-Squibb in Evansville, Indiana. ![]() Prior to joining Donaldson, Alsman had a 35-year career in private industry. Alsman is Senior Investment Advisor and a member of the Board of Directors and Investment Policy Committee at Donaldson Capital Management. ![]()
